In my own artistic processes, I have experienced mysteries unfolding.

A connection to something greater. Letting my body and hand take the lead, my mind can fall to the back seat.

Starting with a very basic intention, to let something inside come though, I start to create. The medium is interchangeable, whether it be pen, watercolor, pastel or clay. When I can trust the process, I am often left with a creation that is complex, abstract, and usually very colorful. 

When I can take a step back and let the images and symbols speak to me, I am often blown away by the messages or emotions they contain. The art allows me to feel what I didn’t even know I needed to. It is a truly healing experience.
