Closer to What Is True: A 6-Week Journey into Collective and Personal Myth Through Art Making and Storytelling

This course creates the space to listen."
Closer to What Is True is an intimate six-week online journey into the creative psyche. Inspired by
the Open Studio method of Pat B. Allen, this course invites you to use color, symbol, story, poetry,
and free expression to uncover what lives beneath the surface—and to bring it into form.
You don't need to be an artist. You need only a willingness to listen.

Heart Navigation: A 6-Week Series
Heart Navigation
A 6-Week Series
Heart Navigation is a creative journey into the psyche designed to help you reconnect with what
matters most. Through art making, reflection, ritual, imagination, and community, participants
explore their values, dreams, obstacles, and next steps.
Inspired by shamanic principles and based on The Lost Art of Heart Navigation by Jeff D. Nixas,
this series offers a creative map for those standing at a threshold, moving through a life transition,
seeking direction, or longing for a deeper relationship with themselves and their lives.
Ongoing Women's Circle
This offering is still in development and details may evolve. The vision is an exploration of the maiden and mother archetypes, weaving women's wisdom traditions, creative practice, and the stories we carry.
Themes may include expanding creativity, opening voice, women's wisdom, writing practice, ritual, myth, and community. I am considering one or two myths as a through-line across the three months, creating a container where women write, make, move, and witness each other into their next becoming.
Open to women of all ages and stages of life.
